Friday was chest and back.
I shared some tips on TikTok about bench press form. These techniques helped me increase my bench press and they are key to how elite powerlifters put up so much weight. If you don't already implement these tips, it might feel weird at first but stick with them and you will have better form and less injury.
Here was my workout:
5 Sets Bench Press - Medium weight 12 reps
5 Sets Chin Ups - 12 reps superset in between bench press
3 Sets Bench Press - Heavy enough weight to get 5 reps each set
3 Sets Dumbell Bent Over Rows - 10 reps superset in between bench press
3 Sets Reverse Grip Bench Press - 10 reps (light weight squeezing pecks)
3 Sets Dumbell Press - 10 reps
3 Sets Single Arm Banded Rows - 12 reps
3 Sets Single Arm Banded Chest Press - 12 reps
