This warmup is great. It will get your body ready for any type of workout whether it’s a leg day, upper body day, cardio day etc…
There’s two stages, the first is body weight movements and then second utilizes a kettle bell. You can modify the movements to use a dumbbell or another type of weight.
Feel free to use this as an actual workout as well when you’re short on time.
